  • Office of the Bursar Spring 2016 Reminders

    Dear Students,

    We hope you are enjoying your Winter break! Before you return to campus for the start of the Spring semester, here are five important reminders from the Office of the Bursar:

    1. Fee Bill Deadline: Undergraduate student fee bills are due January 8th, 2016. Graduate student fee bills are due January 19, 2016. Payment plans are still available until February 1, 2016. Please note: any missed installments must be paid online as you are enrolling in the plan. Please visit our website for all
    payment options.

    2. Sign up for Direct Deposit: Make it easy to receive your refunds by signing up today for Direct Deposit. Log onto the Student Administration System (SAS) and navigate to Self Service - Student Center - Finances - Enroll or Edit Direct Deposit Information.

    3. Complete the
    Title IV Waiver: If you would like federal student aid funds to pay current academic year non-allowable charges (such as Escrow Breakage Deposits, Husky One card charges, or health charges) you must complete this waiver. Log onto the SAS and navigate to Self Service - Student Center - Finances - Create Student Permissions - Title IV Financial Aid Waiver.

     

    4. The Bursar’s Office now offers text message alerts for students and authorized users!  Enroll today through the e-Bill & Payment Suite to receive text message reminders for new billing statements, scheduled payments, payment plan installment due dates, and more! Log onto the SAS and navigate to Main Menu - Self-Service - Student Center.  Under Finances, select Pay Bill, Authorize Users, Manage Payment Plan which will direct you to the e-Bill & Payment Suite.  You can opt into receiving text messages under Personal Profile- Communication. 

     

    5. Annual Form 1098-T’s will be available on or before February 2, 2016. Eliminate the wait by opting in to view this form electronically. Follow these steps to opt in to view your form electronically once it is made available. Please note: For any given year, not all students will have activity that results in receiving a Form. Detailed guidance and FAQ’s are available on the Bursar’s Office website.
