12/5 Winter Welcome on the Town Square
The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites you to usher in the new season at the 3rd Annual Winter Welcome on Saturday, December 5. Winter Welcome will take place on and around the Town Square from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. There will be strolling carolers throughout downtown and treats and specials at participating businesses. On the Town Square, UConn Dining Services will carve ice sculptures while vendors serve tasty treats. Keep an eye out for the Mountain Dairy milk truck traveling down Storrs Road around 2:00 PM with a special guest aboard! Children are invited to visit with Santa Claus at the UConn Co-op Bookstore from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, the E. O. Smith High School Chamber Singers will lead a community sing-along on the Town Square to cap off the festivities.
