    The UConn section of the National Council of Negro Women would like to invite you to the Black Women Empowerment panel discussion being held this Saturday, December 5 at 2pm in SU 304C. 

    We have some great panelists for you all to look forward to, including Attorney Lorrie Lewis Adeyemi (Assistant Attorney General), Attorney Cynthia Jennings (Hartford City Council), Attorney Theresa Hopkins-Staten (Eversource and UConn African American Alumni Council), Dr. Evelyn Simian (UConn professor, author, researcher), and more.     Black Women Empowerment is a free event where people of ALL identities are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

    Light refreshments will be provided free of charge.
