  • 9/16 Join the Pencils of Promise Movement tonight

Thank you so much for your interest in providing children everywhere with the quality education they deserve with Pencils of Promise! The Pencils of Promise at UConn team is SO excited to kick off our biggest year yet - and we cannot wait to have you join the movement with us.

Pencils of Promise at UConn believes that every child deserves access to a sustainable, quality education. We believe that as students, we have been given the responsibility to work towards providing the same educational opportunities we each stand in today! Through school builds, teacher training and innovation in our classrooms, hygiene & scholarship programming - Pencils of Promise has impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of children in Guatemala, Ghana and Laos in only the past 7 years. The future holds limitless possibilities and we are so excited.

To date, Pencils of Promise at UConn has funded enough to build a classroom, supporting over 500 students worldwideThe big news? We are on track to building our very own school with Pencils of Promise by this coming May.
