The UCONN Medieval Studies Program presents Medieval Live! A Multimedia Middle Ages today, Sept. 17, 2015, from 3:00-5:00 pm. Austin 217 (Stern Lounge).
Magical duels. Onerous dowries. Singing nuns. Gibberish songs. Holy drunkards. All rendered from manuscripts for the digital projector. Performed by faculty and students in the original languages of the medieval period, from Island to Syria.
Translations will be provided, as well as refreshments.
