  • 4/1 Destress with Leo Lachut at U Content

    Feeling stressed?

Well join U Content on Wednesday, April 1st at 7PM in AUST 344 for a stress management workshop led by Leo Lachut. He is the Assistant Director of FYP&LC and Director of Academic Support. He is a strong advocate for students and able to relate to their potential stressors. We highly encourage you to join us as Leo is well-known for his ability to make the topic of stress fun. Feel free to bring a friend along, the more the merrier!

    Wait a minute...what is U Content?

We started this semester as a new organization on campus. Our purpose is to develop a healthy well-being and improve emotional intelligence. We will foster a sense of self-help and a peaceful college experience through several inspirational activities and motivating events. Our organization will work towards its goals by taking steps to encourage individuals to put themselves first and understand that happiness is a choice. We also aim to build contentment and acceptance with their current life situation. Overall, UContent’s primary focus is creating happiness within.

So far, our attendees have set personal goals, participated in art therapy, engaged in the gratitude experiment and so much more. Our weekly meetings are on Wednesdays at 7PM in Phillip E. Austin (CLAS) 344 and we would love for you to check us out!
