The Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture will screen Cafeteria Man on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 4:30pm in Konover Auditorium, Dodd Research Center. This documentary follows Tony Geraci on his mission to reform the public school diet in Baltimore by replacing pre-plated, processed foods with locally-grown, freshly-prepared meals. The film demonstrates how activists, students, and citizens can come together to both make food healthier and sustainable.
