What are responsibilities of a Facilitator?
A Four Arrows Facilitator plans, leads and instructs low ropes (indoor and outdoor) challenge courses for UConn student organizations at the UConn Depot Campus through process of experiential learning. Paramount is the task of aiding and encouraging groups to develop team-building skills. Accessory roles include facilitation of Land Navigation activities, participation in staff meetings with supervisor, performance of duties delegated by the supervisor during weekly office hours, and maintenance of Challenge Course and Ellington Cottage.
