  • Couch to 5k Programm for UCONN Students

    Starting in February there will be a 9-week Couch-to-5k research program for UCONN students interested in training for a 5k! All participants will receive training information and tips. No previous running experience required!

     To participate you must:

    • Be a beginner runner
    • Have a Facebook account
    • Have a smartphone
    • Have no reason why running would be dangerous to your health
    • Be available Sunday afternoons
