EDLR 5355: Seminar in Change and Innovation in Education
Innovation has been widely acknowledged as a driving force in all areas of human activity. The need for innovation in business receives much of this attention, but the need for creative solutions to vexing problems has also been noted in human services, such as education, social welfare, etc. The purpose of this course is to introduce current and future educational leaders to the ways in which creativity and change leadership can help them promote real, lasting change in their work.
