Join us as Dan Matthews 'DANakaDAN' comes to UConn for "Exploring Identity: Dan Matthews akaDAN." Dan is a rising alternative hip-hop artist and Korean American adoptee who recently filmed and produced a documentary series of his journey meeting his birth parents and twin brother in Korea. He will be discussing issues of identity, the Asian American experience, bridging multicultural gaps, and most importantly, the meaning of family.
