Research

  • Funding for Research and Creative Projects

Is there a creative endeavor you want to engage in, or an original research project you would like to conduct?
Do you have an idea for a product you would like to develop, an entrepreneurial venture you want to launch,
or a service initiative you would like to implement?

Applications for UConn IDEA Grant summer funding are now open!

Funding of up to $4000 per student is available through the UConn IDEA Grant to support self-designed projects including artistic endeavors, community service initiatives, research projects, entrepreneurial ventures, and other innovative projects.

    •  Undergraduates in all majors at all campuses can apply.
    • Applications are accepted from individuals and from small groups

Attend one of the upcoming information sessions to learn more about the program and to hear from students who have been awarded UConn IDEA Grants to support their projects.
