The University of Connecticut, Human Performance Lab is enrolling volunteers for a research study describing changes or stability of urine after nutritional supplementation with Vitamin C, Vitamin B-2, and Beetroot. This 4-week study will help determine if urine can represent your level of hydration after you take these supplements.

If you are interested and qualify for the study, you will report to the Human Performance Laboratory 10 times over 4 weeks for diet and urine measurements.

You will receive insight into your day-to-day hydration status. Monetary compensation will be provided.
