Like winning? Like plants? Keep it Growing! UConn Blooms is holding a contest from now until December 5th. Winner will receive one dozen roses in an arrangement and four runners-up will get a 3-rosebud vase arrangement. Each arrangement will be available on Valentine’s Day to be collected. Participate and pick one of the 5 possible winning species for only $5.00 (tax included). Deadline for choosing plants is October 5th and be sure to bring your UConn ID and get your plant’s number. UConn Blooms is in the Floriculture Building on Rt. 195 across from the yellow barn at 1395 Storrs Road, Storrs, CT (next to Towers Commuter Lot).
