VAWPP is excited for this year's Take Back The Night program! This years theme will focus on community, and how the University community can get involved in eradicating sexual violence. There will be performances by Poetic Release, and Notes Over Storrs. Our keynote will be political analyst and contributing writer for EBONY.com,Feministing.com, theGrio.com, BET.com, and RHRealitycheck.org, Zerlina Maxwell. The event will take place on April 30th at 7pm in the Student Union theater. We hope to see all of you there, representing our community and uniting to Take Back The Night!
