The purpose of this project is to connect the students at the University of Connecticut by asking the question “What do you want to do before you die?” Candy Chang began this global art project in hopes of bringing people together. Since the project’s start, there have been 400 murals in 60 countries and in 25 different languages. The mural starts as a blank chalk board with the words “Before I die…” on top with the hope that it will get filled by people’s hopes and dreams. On April 29 we will have our board up in Fairfield Way from 2-4 and will be asking you to tell us what you would like to do before you die! Feel free to stop by and add your dreams to the mural!!
