This is the FINAL week to support fellow UConn huskies in their attempt to win an extra $10,000 towards their UConn causes through the Ignite challenge. 18 UConn teams have been competing to gain the most student and young alumni donors in order to win extra money for their organizations. YOUR $5 donation to a team of your choice not only supports a fellow UConn student, but can help them earn funding for their UConn cause.
At the half-way point, HuskySport, Community Outreach Youth Service Programs, AsACC’s Pan Asian Council and UConn Formula SAE were the top 4 teams. The 18 teams also gained a combined 858 donors, raising $16,544 for their causes! There is still PLENTY of time left for other teams to catch up and knock them out of the top positions, what will end up happening?!
