| | UConn Block & Bridle will once again be selling hams this Easter season. The hams will cost $4.00 per pound. To order, please complete the form below. Orders are due by March 31st to the address listed below. A $20 deposit is required for each ham order placed (checks payable to “UConn Block and Bridle Club”). Order quickly as quantities are limited. The pick-up dates are Wednesday, April 16th and Thursday, April 17th from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Ratcliffe Hicks Arena Meat Lab. Ratcliffe Hicks Arena Meat Lab is located on the bottom level of the Ratcliffe Hicks Building. The building is located just off of Rt. 195. | | **PLEASE NOTE: Whole hams will be about 18 pounds for this season's sale. Some will be a few pounds heavier. If you check off a 9 lb ham on your order form, you will be receiving a half of a whole ham. You can still have that half halved, or cut into ham steaks, but you will not receive a 'whole' uncut ham. Those of you who check off an 18lb ham, you can check off any of the cutting options listed above. All hams will not be exactly 9 or 18 lbs. Please leave a few pounds of leeway. |
