Are you a musician, interested in learning about artist management or just someone who loves talking and learning about music with other music lovers? If you answered yes, come see what Husky Records is all about.
Husky Records offers musicians of all genres opportunities to perform and gain on-stage experience, while giving artists and non-artists, alike, the chance to expand their music knowledge.
At our weekly meetings, our music passionate members discuss relevant issues in the music business and learn about various opportunities available to artists on and off campus to gain experience and knowledge pertaining to their music. General members (non-musicians) are able to gain experience planning events, marketing, managing, learning how to use equipment and meeting musicians.
If you love music, Husky Records is the place for you. If not, come anyway and we’ll convince you that you actually do.
Meetings are Tuesdays from 7-9 p.m. in the Math Science Building (MSB), room 211. Anyone is welcome.
