TEDxUConn, in partnership with the UConn Women's Center, will be hosting a live stream of TEDWomen, an annual TED event celebrating innovations, leadership, and big ideas with women at their core. The theme of this year's event is "Invented Here."
Along with this stream, we are pleased to host a panel of local experts who will speak on a variety of women’s issues discussed during the conference. Attendees will have the opportunity to get involved in the conversation as well.
“TEDxUConnWomen” will be held on Thursday, December 5th from 4 to 6 pm in the Women’s Center Lounge (SU 421G). During that time, we will be joining more than 150 TEDx groups around the world, who will also be streaming the event. No application is necessary to attend and people of all sexes, genders, and orientations are encouraged to come.
