  • 3/9 Pathways to Healthcare

    Monday, March 9 | 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | SU325

It is a common misconception that working in the field of healthcare requires going to medical school. While medical school is necessary to become a physician, there are hundreds of other roles that exist in the field of healthcare, many of which do not require years and years of graduate schooling (or none at all). This event will focus on what some of those career options are, including both patient-care-focused roles and more behind-the-scenes roles, where you can find more information about them, and advice for those of you who are looking to get started pursuing one of these careers. The event will also include an opportunity to hear from a panel of alumni who are currently working in an array of healthcare careers. Register in Handshake.
