Aia, a personal trainer and ex-Israeli Air Force officer, made international headlines after confronting a man who flashed her while she was jogging along the Charles River. Her story was featured on FOX, CNN, NBC, and beyond. Now, Aia has made it her mission to educate and empower others. She will share her story, followed by a workshop connecting mental strength with physical self-defense.
