  • LCIZ & USG Present Making & Mental Health

    Creating art and using our hands while fostering creativity can be beneficial to our mental health.  Not only can it help ease stress and anxiety, but it can also cultivate a sense of community and belonging. 

    The Learning Community Innovation Zone (LCIZ) Makerspace has proundly partnered with USG to offer a two part series on "Making & Mental Health".  Both sessions will be held in the LCIZ Makerspace located in Werth Tower and are open to all students, faculty, and staff!

    Join us and help break the stigma surrounding Mental Health while exploring your creativity and engaging with the Maker Community at UConn. Keep your creations as inspiration for yourself or share them with others!
