This semester, the University of Connecticut will be hosting the New England Latinx Student Leadership Conference on March 27-28, 2020. The Steering Committee is still looking for students to submit proposals for workshops that would take place during the conference. We want to see our Huskies showcasing your leadership skills to your fellow Huskies and students all over New England. Please make sure that your workshop is related to “developing leaders and professionals, while highlighting the nuances of navigating a racialized institution.” We have extended the deadline for workshop proposals until Friday, February 28, 2020 AND presenters will have to pay a registration fee.
