  • 2/12 LIFT - Ladies in Fitness Training

    LIFT (Ladies in Fitness Training) is a group of women on campus interested in connecting with each other through strength training. Our mission is to empower women to step out of their comfort zone and try new things while working out.

    Interested in strenght training? Join us at our meeting on Wednesday, February 12th from 5-6 pm in GENT 142! We will be discussing plans for the semester and learning about some great stretching exercises. Wear exercise clothes if you would like to join in on stretching!
