We can help you make the February 15 deadline! Come to the Academic Achievement Center in Rowe 217 on February 5, 2020 between 5 pm & 7 pm and staff will help you with the process.
We’ll provide pizza, drinks, and other snacks and you should try to bring the following:
- Laptop, if you have one (we’ll have some available)
- Your FSA ID and your parents’ FSA ID (if dependent) We recommend applying for it before the event at fsaid.ed.gov
- Social Security Number
- Driver’s License Number (if applicable)
- 2018 Federal Tax Return
- 2018 W-2 or Year-End Pay Stub
- 2018 Untaxed Income Records
- Current Bank Statement(s)
- Current Business and Investment Records
- Permanent Residence Card (if not a U.S. Citizen)
Don’t have all the above? That’s okay!
