  • Fraternity Men Wanted for Paid Study

    Participants are wanted for a study about men and masculinity in a fraternity context. Participation will entail an interview that will take no longer than one hour. Questions will explore views of masculinity, brotherhood, and sexual violence. The research is no interested in and will not ask questions about fraternity rituals, ceremonies, or other “secret knowledge.”

    Participant Criteria:

    • Member of an Office or Fraternity and Sorority Life recognized fraternity

    • Male identifying

    • 18 years of age or older

    • Currently enrolled student at the University of Connecticut

    Compensation:
    • Each participant will receive a & 25 gift card

    Confidentiality:

    • All study measures are Institutional Review Board Approved

    • No personal information will be collected

    • No information about individual fraternities will be collected

    • Interviews will be recorded and will be stored in compliance with Institutional Review Board requirements and will be destroyed after the conclusion of the study
