UConn's American English Language Institute (UCAELI) is currently offering a non-credit, language support course during the Winter 2020 Intersession: Focus on Grammar and Writing. This course is open to all active UConn students (undergraduates, graduates, non-credit).
Focus on Grammar in Writing

Course Description:
This course is designed specifically to develop grammar through writing, with an emphasis on: identifying grammatical errors, developing and building strategies for sentence structure variation, and connecting sentences logically to increase comprehensibility. Students will develop self-assessment and monitoring skills to track individual progress, practice peer and self-editing and identify helpful grammar resources to use outside of class.
