The Daily Campus is UConn’s independent, student-run newspaper. The digital team is looking to hire new digital producers for the spring semester.
This is a paid position that entails:
Uploading articles to The Daily Campus website during production (8 p.m. to finish, typically around 12 a.m. Note: You may have to stay later depending on when stories come in)
Assisting in the transition of our website from Squarespace to Wordpress
Aid in the creation and rebranding of the new Daily Campus website
Develop interactive web pages to enhance reader experience
We are looking for detail-oriented, flexible people willing to learn. Previous HTML knowledge is preferred but not required.
