  • Limited REDCap Support Week of 11/25-11/29

    There will be reduced REDCap support during the Thanksgiving holiday week, from Monday, November 25th to Friday, November 29th. Please be aware that there may be a delay in response time and certain requests may need to be diverted to the following week. If you have any projects that need to be moved to production; need assistance in configurations and building your project or new account requests, please email us your request by no later than Thursday, November 21st.

    REDCap holiday support hours:

    • Monday, November 25th to Wednesday, November 27th basic email support available from 8am to 3pm EST.
    • Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th will be limited to on-call system critical support only.

    REDCap support will return to normal hours of operation on Monday, December 2nd, -- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm EST.
