This session is an informative workshop for UConn faculty, staff, and students interested in learning learning about data visualization. It is part of our larger Hanover Image Analytics Challenge, however you are not required to be part of the challenge to attend.
The discussion will include an overview of a number of software platforms and how they are used in visualization. We will touch upon the best practices of visual analytics and the strengths and weaknesses of telling a story with data. We will be providing additional resources for users who would like to learn more. Please bring your own laptop if you would like to follow along.
