The UConn community writes, and that writing deserves the spotlight! Come to the Stern Lounge (Austin 217) on Tuesday, November 5 from 5:00-6:30 pm to hear poetry and prose from our featured readers, English graduate students Julia Brush and Maurice Rodriguez. There will also be plenty of OPEN MIC time that is meant to feature the wonderful work of the UConn community. If you yourself have any poetry, short prose, music, or art to share, please come share with us! If you know any others who might enjoy sharing during the open mic, please encourage them to do so.
Pizza and soda will be provided, but other snacks are welcomed.
