UConn’s Department of Public Policy (DPP) allows UConn undergraduates the opportunity to expedite their master's degree at no additional cost to their undergraduate tuition. A Master of Public Administration (MPA) trains students to be effective managers and leaders who can implement change in communities. A Master of Public Policy (MPP) allows students to gain the analytic and quantitative skills necessary to asses policies and evaluate programs.  Within six months of graduation, 100% of our alumni are either employed or seeking further education in law, medicine, or PhD programs. DPP alumni work in a variety of fields including education, healthcare, policy, government, business, and nonprofits.
