  • 10/10 T-Shirt Making for the Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project is an annual visual display of t-shirts made by survivors and secondary survivors of gender-based violence. It is displayed in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, which falls in October. The intention behind the project is to honor survivors and raise awareness about the prevalence of gender-based violence to the campus community.

Survivors and supporters are encouraged to stop by the Women’s Center Conference Room (SU Room 420) anytime between 10am-2:00pm on Wednesday, October 9th – Friday, October 11th to create a t-shirt of their own in a private and safe environment.

T-shirts will be displayed outside of the Student Union on Monday, October 14th – Thursday, October 17th from 11am-2:00pm and inside the Women's Center Program Room (421G) on Friday, October 18th from 11:30am-2:00pm.
