October is LGBTQIA+ History Month and the Rainbow Center is proud to host events all month long! This week, we have a few events to highlight:
- 10/7: 2019 Annual Keynote Speaker with Jess Guilbeaux from season 3 of Queer Eye. 7pm in the Student Union Theatre. (We will also be giving out free t-shirts to anyone with a UConn ID!)
- 10/9: Grads & Young Professionals Writing Retreat (with free coffee and donuts). 10am-12pm in the Rainbow Center Program Room.
- 10/10: Out to Lunch Lecture Series: Steven Feldman (he/him/his); “Das ist queer! – Interpretive Ambiguity of Gender & Sexual Orientation in Schubert’s Erlkonig”. 12:30-1:45pm in the Rainbow Center main lounge.
