Are you ready to GET GREEN? Tomorrow marks the first day your residence halls will be facing off in the ANNUAL ECOMADNESS COMPETITION!
Taking place from October 1st to October 28th, EcoMadness is a sustainability competition between 22 on-campus residence halls to see who can reduce their energy and water uses the most. This year, we are adding a recycling component where we are tracking which residence halls can properly recycle the best.
There are three categories:
- Percent Water Reduction
- Percent Energy Reduction
- Best Recycling Rates
The winning residence hall for each category will receive a certificate and a FREE DAIRY BAR ICE CREAM PARTY IN NOVEMBER!!!

Want to help lead your residence hall to victory? Sign up to become an ECOCAPTAIN! EcoCaptains put up posters, reach out to their fellow residents in order to promote going green, and collect recycling data in the residence hall.
