This session is an informative workshop for UConn faculty, staff, and students interested in learning about how data analytics are applied in the world today. It is part of our larger Hanover Image Analytics Challenge, however you are not required to be part of the challenge to attend.
The discussion will include an overview of project and applications where analytics played a key role. Data security, Internet of Things, and machine learning concepts will be introduced and looked at with different software tools. We will be providing additional resources for users who would like to learn more. Please bring your own laptop if you would like to follow along. Seating in the workshop is limited, please complete the workshop registration form to reserve your spot.
