    Stop by Fairfield Way on Thursdays this summer for the Food Truck, Dairy Bar Truck and the Farm Fresh Market!

    Food Truck Thursday Summer Special: Bacon BBQ Sandwich: A golden fried chicken cutlet smothered in barbecue sauce, topped with French's Crispy Fried Onions and bacon. Served on a grilled brioche roll. $5.99 (Don't forget to add some crinkle fries!)

    Food Truck: 11am-2pm

    Farm Fresh Market will be selling fresh produce from UConn Spring Valley Student Farm, baked goods from UConn Bakery (Not just desserts), and more from 11:30am-1:30pm. Cash, debit, and credit accepted. New produce and baked goods every week!

    In the event of severe or bad weather, the Farm Fresh Market will be moved inside to the USM Food Court.
