  • 5/2 CPAD Opioid Crisis Panel

The Connecticut Partnership Against Drugs is a UConn affiliated organization formed by passionate students. Our main goal is to spread information about the current opioid crisis in our state and provide resources in order to stop addiction before it starts.

We will be holding a series of panels including speakers from a variety of professions such as nurses, therapists, police officials, and the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Center for Addiction Recovery. These experienced individuals are eager to answer all of your questions regarding what are opioids, what is an addiction, what means of prevention can be taken, and more.

In addition, our organization will be providing informational pamphlets.

Our panel will be held Thursday, May 2nd from 6 to 7 PM in McHugh (Laurel) Hall, room 102.
