  • 4/11 Interpersonal Mindfulness

    Stop by the last part of our three part Mindfulness Series to find out how to incorporate mindfulness into interpersonal interactions. Learn how to listen nonjudgmentally and with a nonreactive presence, a useful skill when communication can become difficult or fraught with strong emotions. We’ll end this session with a guided LovingKindness meditation.

    It all takes place in the Student Union, room 303 from 6:30pm-7:30pm TOMORROW, Thursday, April 11th. Hope to see you there!
