The Office of the Registrar would like to remind you of a very important deadline.
Today, Monday, April 1, 2019 is the last date that you can do two things:
1. Submit a Schedule Revision form to Withdraw from a Course
- Schedule Revision Requests must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the end of the day with required signatures.
- These forms may be submitted in-person or via scan/email to registrar@uconn.edu.
- The Schedule Revision Request form can be found here: http://registrar.uconn.edu/forms/
- A student must obtain the advisor’s signature to drop one course. To drop more than one course, a student must obtain both the advisor’s and advising dean’s signature.
- Note that withdrawals will incur a “W” for withdrawal on the academic record
2. Request that a course placed on Pass/Fail be returned to Graded
- Pass/Fail Cancellations must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the end of the day.
- These forms may be submitted in-person or via scan/email to registrar@uconn.edu.
- The Pass/Fail Cancellation form can be found here: http://registrar.uconn.edu/forms/
