  • 4/2 Everyday Mindfulness

    Stop by the second part of our three part Mindfulness Series to find out how folks can incorporate mindfulness into everyday activities! Students will have the opportunity to try out mindful eating, walking meditation, and learn a gratitude practice. It all takes place in the Student Union, room 221 from 6:30pm-7:30pm tonight, Tuesday, April 2nd. Hope to see you there!
