EEB is offering a new summer course in May, Field Parasitology. This is a three-week course that will explore the complexities and wonders of parasitology. Students involved in the course will learn about the biology, transmission, life cycles, and symptoms of local parasites of medical and veterinary importance. Students will also get hands on experience collecting specimens during several field trips and learn how to identify and preserve specimens. This is a great class for pre-med and pre-vet students!
