  • 4/3 Author Book Talk: Working on a Sioux Reservation

    Join us on April 3 at 1:30pm in the School of Nursing Widmer Wing Auditorium (WW16) for a special event! School of Nursing alumna, Nancy Palker ’73, will be speaking about her recently published book, Magic and Tragic Rosebud. Nancy wrote the book about her experience as a public health nurse working for the Indian Health Service hospital on a Sioux reservation in Rosebud, SD. She will be speaking about her experiences and how they have shaped her career, followed by a Q&A. This event is open to all to attend!
