Will you travel outside the U.S. during spring break or summer? Visit ISSS to get your travel signature in-person!
To apply: Complete the Travel Information Record on the ISSS website, and bring to ISSS your most recent Form I-20 or Form DS-2019. if you are an enrolled student, also bring a recent Enrollment Verification from the UConn Registrar, listing all terms you have been enrolled. If you have a J-1 visa, complete the Medical Insurance Confirm Record IF your insurance information has changed since your last record was submitted.
Travel signatures are valid for one year (OPT students, 6 months). If your most recent form will have a valid travel signature for return, you only need to submit the Travel Information Record. No need to visit ISSS in-person.
