National Anthem Group Performance Competition
Dear CLAS students,
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is excited to announce the fifth annual National Anthem Performance Competition for the CLAS Undergraduate Commencement ceremonies. Two individuals/groups will be selected to perform the National Anthem at the beginning of one of the two CLAS Commencement ceremonies that will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm in Gampel Pavilion.
Individuals/groups who are interested should contact Mackenzie Murphy in the CLAS Dean’s Office via email at alldnof@uconn.edu by Friday, March 15th.
The selection committee, which will include faculty, staff, and students from CLAS, will make every attempt to audition all individuals/groups during the last week in March 2019. Two individuals/groups will be selected no later than April 15th.
