Connecticut Driver’s License – Safe Driving Course offered on-campus
If you are interested to apply for a Connecticut Driver’s License, you may know that you must take an 8 Hour Safe Driving course before you can obtain your license. Please see full license procedures on the ISSS webpage.
ISSS has partnered with AAA Driving School to offer the 8 Hour Safe Driving course at the UConn Storrs campus. The course will be offered monthly from January to May. The course is held over two dates in a given month; you must attend both dates in the month to complete the course.
AAA offers a special discounted rate for the course to UConn students. Students may view dates and register for the course online at www.aaa.com/drivingschool .
