  • 12/12 Meditation & Mindfulness Spaces in Student Union

    Wellness and Prevention Services will be hosting meditation and mindfulness spaces in the Student Union to assist students with the stress that comes with finals and the end of the semester.

    Stop by Student Union room 221 for a break from all your thoughts and worries to center yourself and practice mindfulness!
