WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE RELEASE OF THE WINTER 2018 EDITION OF ANASTOMOSES!
Anastomoses is the official literary magazine of UConn Health, including the UConn School of Medicine and Dental Medicine. Anastomoses publishes works of fiction/non-fiction, poetry, visual art, music, and video created by students, staff, and faculty.
The goals of the magazine are to provide an outlet for creative energy in the UConn medical and dental communities as well as to advocate for the strong relationship between the humanities and health care. Submissions need not be related to medicine or dentistry. In addition to the works by students, staff and faculty, a section is also published known as “Ask Dr. Henry” in which Dr. Dan Henry answers pressing questions from students regardless of their relevance.
