This past Tuesday the Student Alumni Association joined forces with the Flatbread Company of South Windsor to host a benefit night on behalf of HuskyTHON. HuskyTHON, a year long fundraiser to benefit the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, is one of the many organizations the Flatbread Company has been committed to promote and give back to.
This restaurant is unlike any other local restaurant in that they dedicate every Tuesday to a benefit night. Through an online quick and easy application process, on their website, you can host a benefit night for your organization too! Another way this restaurant is different than others is that there is no need to mention your organization or to provide a flyer at check out. Simply order a pizza for dine in or to go and partial proceeds with automatically be donated to your organization! This way, whoever happens to dine in or take out pizza orders on that Tuesday will automatically contribute to your cause!
